Payment

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy: We offer delivery services world wide. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability. Estimated delivery times will be provided at confirmation email.
Delivery Charges: Shipping fees will be calculated and send in confirmation email and are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss for products purchased from us passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: We accept returns within 3 days of receipt for products that are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sien@kabannlivingbali.com.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Warranty

Kabann Living Bali provides a warranty for all products against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

Kabann Living Bali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
